Actually, it’s the other way around. “Bukkake” means something like “to pour on”, and one single connotation has become the general meaning in the West, it seems.

…In other matters,  that is a snapshot of the menu from our favorite Japanese restaurant (and yes, their bukkake udon is delicious). Awkward.
